Step 1. Fill out the form above and select which tour you wish to receive. Please provide as much information possible to help us process your information as quickly as possible.

Step 2. When we receive your tour information, will contact you by email to confirm the availability of the surf tour dates selected, and to confirm details such as hotel accommodations, tour itinerary, investment property preferences (if applicable), and payment options.

Step 3. Once we confirm availability of your tour dates, we will send you a “Booking Agreement”, which you will need to sign and then return to us via fax or scanned email, along with a photocopy of your passport. Once we receive your Booking Agreement, we will send you our Payment Instructions via email.

Step 4. Finally, you should send a deposit of 50% of your total tour value by either Paypal.com, wire transfer, or western union to hold the tour reservation for you. The remaining balance will be due upon your arrival in Panama, otherwise, a cash payment will be required upon arrival in Panama.

We consider a Surf Tour officially booked once the 50% deposit is received.
